Return and Exchange Policy: 1 - The abaya can be exchanged and returned within 3-7 days from the date of receipt of the order. 2 - If the customer receives an incorrect order (the order is shipped, delivered, and modified at our full responsibility). 3 - If the customer receives an incomplete order (the incomplete order is delivered to the customer or the value of the missing product is refunded). 4 - The company does not bear the costs of returning and exchanging products except in case of incorrect receipt of the product only. 5 - Modified abayas are not returnable or exchangeable. Important notes: - Customs fees apply to international orders and are calculated according to the law of the customer's country. - The abaya will be shipped with a headscarf color close to the abaya depending on stock availability, and we are not restricted to the displayed color only. - Compensation is only accepted within a maximum of 3 days in case of damage, shortage, or damages to the products, and we must be notified within the specified period; otherwise, compensation will not be accepted. - A product pickup service for return is available if the customer requests a return after the order has arrived correctly, for a fee of 24 Riyals. The customer agrees to the above terms once the order is placed through the website, and for clarity regarding the return and exchange policy, and the company is not responsible for the customer's lack of awareness of the policy.
